We invite you to donate generously to mantain and to develop NIMFA for ourselves, our families, and our children: Our precious future generation.
We launched this donation campaign on the first of Ramadan 1431.
If we collect a reasonable sum of money, we’ll try to buy the current NIMFA site (Rugby Road) or an alternative new site.
If the amount collected is not enough to do this, we’ll use the money to mantain the current site.

ALSALAM Alaikum & Ramadan Mubarak
Just to update you about our committee meeting last Friday 6/8/10 .
Unfortunately only myself and brother wasif attended . Brother Suliman joined by the end of the meeting( a lot of members are aborad or had work commitments ) .
We agreed to launch the campaign by early Ramadan as an opportunity for more donations and more reward ( although we appreciate the current priority to donate as well to Pakistan flood catastrophy ) .
We agreed to prepare a printed material ( leaflet , poster , flyer ) and to be attractive enough as a lot of donation requests are expected at the same time .

It is designed as a double face leaflet : one side is a cheque format with attraction to get reward of a million pound donation even if you just pay a little . The other side is a short letter to explain frankly about possible senarios for the use of the donations and how to donate.
The banknote of million pound is not part of the leaflet but can be used as sticker on the donation boxes which we have already perchuased with multiple sizes ( small for coins , larger for 5 & 10 pounds and larger for 20 pounds and more to attract kids to donate pennies and coins and to leave a chance for every single person to take part with whatever he/she can .
Last night a bother donated already 1000 pounds to the campaign and 100 pounds to the Pakistan floods ( May ALLAH reward him ) .
We need your help to circulate E-mails and text messages ( who can help in that ?) : I suggest to use the non-cheque side of the leaflet for that .
I’ll speak to Sheikh Muhammed today to mention the campaign in his Friday Khutba which can be all on donation and charity if he agrees .
We can give a daily reminder during Ramadan Tarawih ( Qyam ) prayer as well .
Wasif will speak to brothers Jaweed and Saleem for agreement to issue receipts for those who wish to get one ( I suggest it to be signed by either Jaweed , Wasif or myself as the bank account nominees or by Saleem as NIMFA treasurer ) .
I am still preparing a letter to several TV channels to try to get the campaign as part of their programs ( Islam Channel , Al-Hiwar – Iqra – AlResalah – Aljazeerah ) : can you help in that ?
I know Muhamed Tuhamy is abroad but back this weekend inshALLAH : so that the web site can play a role as well to support the campaign .
I wonder if we can also E-mail few Muslim Organisations ( MCB- MAB- ,etc,,,& Muslim Directory ) and perhaps Dr Mamoun can have further bodies to contact in Qatar .Again I need help with suggested letter formats .
E-mail your thoughts and comments especially about the leaflet as we need to get it ready before Friday prayer .
I think Ramadan is just a start but not an end . I think we need at least a year for the campaign before assessing success or failure ( success inshALLAH ! ) , any thoughts ?
